THIS DISH CAN BE MADE IN NO TIME FLAT AND WILL LOOK LIKE YOU SLAVED OVER THE STOVE TO MAKE IT! GREAT FOR SUMMER OR ANY ONE WHO'S WANTING TO EAT HEALTHY, ON A LOW FAT DIET AND EVEN LOW CARB DIET!!

Ingredients

1 lb BASS FISH FILLETS

3 CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS

1 chopped lg OR MED TOMATOE

1 bag FROZEN PEPPERS ,GR, YELLOW , AND RED.

2 tsp SALT

2 tsp GARLIC POWDER

1 tsp PEPPER

2 tbsp OLIVE OIL

LEMON WEDGES (OPTIONAL)

Preparation

REGULAR PAN. SEASON FISH WITH SALT PEPPER AND GARLIC. HEAT OIL. COOK GREEN ONIONS, TOMATOE AND FROZEN PEPPERS UNTIL LIQUID FROM VEGETABLES IS HARDLY VISIBLE (ABOUT 10 MINUTES ON HIGH TEMP) ADD FISH, COOK UNTIL FISH IS FLAKY (DEPENDING ON THE CUT OF THE FISH THIN OR THICK). SERVE WITH WHITE RICE, BROWN RICE, TOSTADAS OR EVEN TACO SHELLS. KIDS WILL LOVE IT. TOP IT WITH A SQUEEZE OF LEMON JUICE OR SOUR CREAM. FOR LOW CARB DIETERS TRY SERVING THIS ON A LOW CARB FLOWER OR CORN TORTILLA IT IS VERY GOOD. ENJOY!!!

ALL SEASONINGS ARE OPTIONAL BUT IT'S ALWAYS SAFE TO STICK WITH THE BASIC SEASONINGS. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO OVER STIR WHILE COOKING FISH, OVER STIRRING MAKE CAUSE FISH TO BREAK UP AND LOOK LIKE HASH.
