Black Bean and Corn Soup

Ingredients

3/4 lb. Lean ground beef

2 cups Frozen whole kernel corn

2 cans Black beans, drained, rinsed

1 can Diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can Ready-to-serve beef broth

1 tsp Cumin

3 tsp Chili powder

Preparation

Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add ground beef; cook over medium heat until browned. Drain beef on paper towels.

Return beef to Dutch oven. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors.
