| 4 - 6 | Boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
| 1 (6 1/2 oz) jar | Marinated artichoke hearts |
| 8 slices | Swiss cheese |
Between 2 pieces of waxed paper, flatten chickent to uniform thickness. Brown chicken breasts on both sides in a well greased skillet. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Drain artichoke hearts and chop coarsely. Spread on top of chicken. Lay Swiss cheese over all and bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 40 minutes until chicken is tender and cheese melts.
