crispy, and satisfying

Ingredients

Salmon

Garlic

Olive oil

Lemon pepper

Seasoned bread crumbs

Fresh parmesan

Pam olive oil spray

Butter ( melted)

Preparation

take salmon and marinate in olive oil, fresh garlic, and lemon pepper over night

next day mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, melted butter until bread crumbs are like slightly wet sand place on top of salmon and carefully place on baking dish and spray with pam olive oil bake at 375 for a 1/2 hour

Sooooooooo good! My husband doesn't like fish and couldn't believe how yummy it was!

My family was split on this one, but I thought it was great. It was very easy, and I usually shy away from anything that doesn't tell me exactly how much of what. I figured this one out and I thought it was delicious.
