ALASKAN SALMON BAKE WITH PECAN CRUNCH COATING

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard

2 tablespoons Melted butter

4 teaspoons Honey

1/4 cup Fresh bread crumbs

1/4 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts

2 teaspoons Chopped fresh parsley

4 Alaska salmon fillets or steaks

(4-6 oz)

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges

Preparation

mix together the mustard, butter,and honey, set aside. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs,

pecans and parsley; set aside.

season salmon with salt and pepper. place on a lightly greased baking sheet or broiling pan. brush with mustard honey mixture pat top of each fillet with the bread crumb mixture.

bake @ 400 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured thickest part or until it flakes serve with lemon wedges

VERY good! Family favorite! It is best to eat that night.. not the best leftover meal (next day).. but if you eat right after you cook it.. WOW!!!!!!!!
