quick and easy side dish

Ingredients

1 cup Red potatoes, halved, sliced 1/4" thick

1 cup Fresh green beans, cut into 2" pieces

1/2 cup Onion, quartered and sliced

1 tsp Sun dried tomato,rehydrated and chopped

1 tsp Fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp Olive oil

1 tsp Butter-flavored granules

1/8 tsp Paprika

Preparation

Place the potatoes and green beans in a microwave safe (2 quart) steamer basket with bowl underneath. Cover and microwave on high for 3 min. Let stand for 2 min.

Add onion and continue to microwave on high for one minute more. Let stand for 1 minute.

Discard water and empty veggies into the bowl. Toss with the tomato, parsley, olive oil, butter granules and paprika. Serve immediately.
