Ingredients

Cake:

1 Cake any flavor

16 oz Ricotta

4 Eggs

3/4 cup Sugar

Icing:

1 Small instant chocolate pudding

1 cup Milk

8 oz Cool whip

Preparation

cake :

make cake according to directions on package put into greased cake pan. Mix ricotta, eggss and sugar pour mixture over unbaked cake bake at 350 degrees check 35- 45 minutes may need to cook 15 more minutes

Icing:

Make pudding like usual let stand a few minutes then add cool whip once cake has cooled ice the cake and enjoy
