Chinese Salad

This receipe makes a lot of salad but is so good will go fast

Ingredients

1 Head Nappa cabbage sliced

5 Green onions sliced

1 can Water chestnuts chopped

1/2 stick Butter

1 1/2 c. Sesame seeds ***

2 Pkgs sliced almonds

2 Pkgs Raman noodles

Dressing

1 c Oil

1/2 c Vinegar

1/4 - 1 c Sugar

1 tbs Soy sauce

Mix in Blender

Preparation

**Melt butter and brown above noted ingredients over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Be careful not to burn.

Just before serving toss all ingredients together with dressing
