Campbell's Country Skillet Supper

I'm a busy mom always trying to find a quick easy supper to make. This is a very hearty meal.

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef (or turkey)

1 Medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

1/8 tsp Garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, minced

1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup

1 can (10 1/2 oz) Campbell's Condensed Beef Broth

1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes

1 Small zucchini, sliced (about 1 cup)

1/2 tsp Dried thyme leaves, crushed

1 1/2 cups Uncooked corkscrew pasta

Preparation

1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef (or turkey), onion, and garlic powder until beef (or turkey) is cooked through, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

2. Add soup, broth, tomatoes, zucchini and thyme. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low. Cook 15 minutes or until pasta is done, stirring often.

Cook's Notes

Though the recipe says it serves 4, it makes a lot! I usually freeze half for another time. Also, I used colored corkscrew pasta so the kids would think it looked cool.
