Ingredients

6 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 carton (8 oz. ) cream cheese with onions and chives
1 tbsp Butter, cubed and softened
12 Bacon strips, uncooked
Salt to taste

Preparation

Flatten chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Spread equal parts cream cheese over each breast. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt. Roll up. Wrap tightly with 2 slices of bacon for each breast half. Place in greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 40 minutes or until juices run clear. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Cook's Notes

The outer layer of chicken gets a pink tinge from the bacon - don't worry - it's cooked! :D
