Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef
2 cans Enchilada sauce
1 pkg Tortillas
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Refried beans

Preparation

Brown meat, drain. Add enchilada sauce and simmer until warmed through.

In lasagna pan, layer half of meat sauce, shredded tortilla pieces, half of the cheese, remaining half of meat sauce, and another layer of torn tortillas. Top with remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 375.

What do you do with the refried beans?
