Chedder Chive Busquits

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Unbleached organic flour

1/2 cup Organic wheat flour

2 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1 cup Wild Oats Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 clove Garlic, minced

1/4 cup Chives, diced

1 stick Wild Oats Organic Unsalted Butter

3/4 cup Wild Oats Organic Milk

Paprika

Preparation

In a large bowl, sift together the flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in the cheese, garlic and chives. With a pastry blender, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Stir in the milk and fold together until just incorporated. Do not over mix. Using a tablespoon drop biscuits onto a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot from the oven.
