Let stand at room temperature then cream:
32 oz cream cheese
½ cup butter
Add:
16 oz sour cream
1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 ¼ cup sugar
Whip until smooth then add:
5 eggs one at a time
Pour into lightly buttered 10” spring form pan, sit spring form pan in pan of water, about ¼ full and bake until golden brown at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Turn oven off, open oven door and let sit for 1 hour.
Take out of oven and let sit for 2 hours.
Refrigerate for 8 hours
