2 tbs Low fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup Instant oatmeal (cooked)
2 tsp Peanut butter
2 tsp Chocolate whey powder
6 Ice cubs, crushed
Include all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. For extra volume, add more ice
