Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients

2c Cubed fully cooked ham

4c Cubed cooked turkey

4 oz Shredded swiss

1/3 c Butter

1/3 c Flour

1/8 tsp Ground mustard

1/8 tsp Ground nutmeg

1-3/4 c Milk

Topping:

1.5 c Soft bread crumbs

1/2 c Shredded swiss

1/4 c Butter melted

Preparation

in a non stick skillet, saute ham for 4-5 minutes or until browned. Drain and pat dry. in a greased 2 qt baking dish, layer the turkey, cheese and ham; set aside.

in a saucepan melt butter, flour, mustard and nutrmeg until blended. gradually stir in milk. bring to a boil. cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. pour over ham. combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over top. bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

I would decrease the cheese in this or cut some of the butter. It was very greasy when I prepared this.
