1 Head iceberg or romaine lettuce
2 t. Vinegar (rice or wine)
1pkg Chicken flavored ramen
1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Optional ingredients:
1/2 bunch Green onions
1 Small can mandarin oranges
1/4 c. Sliced almonds
Preparation
Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar and ramen flavoring in bowl and set aside. Shred lettuce and top with cooked, chopped chicken breast, crumbled raw ramen noodles, and any optional ingredients. Toss with dressing and serve.
