All fruit washed thouroughly. In a large bowl (prefer a bowl with ready made top or one easily covered and stored on appropriate fridge shelf above the meats.)
Mix fresh fruits and squeeze fresh lemon juice then toss.
To Serve: Scoop one cups worth of mixed fruit into salad size bowl. Add 3-5 heaping tablespoons of yogurt.Drizzle 1-2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup on top. Garnish with rasberry or blue berry on top.
optional: sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of walnuts. subsitute: almonds, raisins or use all three.
