Ingredients

1 tb SWEET PAPRIKA

2 1/2 t SEA SALT

1 t ONION POWDER

1 t GARLIC POWDER

1 t CAYENNE

3/4 t WHITE PEPPER

3/4 t BLACK PEPPER

1/2 t DRIED THYME LEAVES

1/2 t DRIED OREGANO LEAVES

Preparation

JUST MIX ALL THE SPICES TOGETHER

PUT A VERY LITE TOUCH OF OLIVE ON THE FISH BEFORE APPLYING THE BLACKENED SEASONING
