15 Minute Fried Rice

Try this delicious, quick and reliable side dish for any night of the week.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Oil

3 Eggs, beaten

2 cups Water

1 (16 ounce) package Frozen

Stir-fry vegetables, thawed

1/4 cup Soy sauce

1 cube Chicken bouillon

2 cups MINUTE White Rice , uncooked

Preparation

1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add eggs;

cook until set, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.

2 Add water, vegetables, soy sauce and bouillon to

skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from

heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

3 Stir in eggs.

Serve immediately.
