| 3 tablespoon | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 lb | Round steaks, Cubed |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Large onion, minced |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Pepper |
| | Garlic salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | Flour |
| 2 cups | Water |
| 1/2 cup | Heavy cream |
| | Cooked noodles; 1 half a cup for ever serving. |
1. Heat vegetable oil in large frying pan or
Dutch Oven.
2. Saute the Onions, Cook until Translucent (5 to 7 minutes)
3. Add beef cubes and brown until no longer
pink. (5 to 10 minutes)
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt,
paprika and sugar.
5. Blend thoroughly
6. Pour in water; Cover and Simmer gently (1 1/2 hours)
7. In a small jar, shake or blend water with flour. Add Milk and mix.
8. Break up all lumps in the flour/water mixture.
9. Add to meat about 7 minutes before
the end of cooking time.
10. Drain Noodles and set aside
11. Serve Beef over noodles.
