1. Heat oven to 375. In large sauce pan, combine all casserole ingredients, mix well. Cook over medium high heat until bubbly, stirring frequently. Pour into ungreased casserole
2. Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package using the milk and egg and margarine. Spoon batter evenly around edges of hot bean mixture.
3 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping golden brown
