| 1 can | Beans of your choice |
| 1 | Sweet red pepper chopped in cubes |
| 2 cups | Chopped white cabbage |
| 2 | Spring onions chopped |
| 1 cup | Feta cheese cubed |
| 1/4 cup | Fresh parsley chopped |
| 1 | Glove garlic minced |
| 2 tbs | Lime or lemon juice |
| 1 tbs | Olive oil or oil of your choice |
Drain and rinse beans. In salad bowl combine all ingredients and toss to mix. Cover up and refrigerate for up to three days.
