Ingredients
1 can Beans of your choice
1 Sweet red pepper chopped in cubes
2 cups Chopped white cabbage
2 Spring onions chopped
1 cup Feta cheese cubed
1/4 cup Fresh parsley chopped
1 Glove garlic minced
2 tbs Lime or lemon juice
1 tbs Olive oil or oil of your choice
Preparation
Drain and rinse beans. In salad bowl combine all ingredients and toss to mix. Cover up and refrigerate for up to three days.
