These look great!

Ingredients

3 1/2 - 4 cups flour
2 pkg Dry yeast
2 tbs Sugar
2 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Water
2 tbs Margarine
1 Egg
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbs Margarine, melted
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and seasoning. Mix well. In a saucepan, heat milk, water and margarine till warm; margarine does not have to melt. Add to flour. Add egg. Blend on low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and enough remaining flour to make a firm dough.

Knead on well floured surface until smooth, 3-5 min; place in oiled bowl; turning to coat top. Cover. Place in warm place to rise (15-20 min). Punch down dough; divide into 16 pieces; form each into ball, dip tops in melted oleo, then in Parmesan. Place in well greased 13 x 9 inch pan or 2 round 8 in pans. Cover, let rise 10 minutes. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cook on rack.

Cook's Notes

These rolls rise up very nicely. They look great when using the 2 round pans.
