1. In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients (reserve 2 tbsp for basting).
2. Pour remaining marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add turkey and remaining ingredients.
3. Seal bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
4. Prepare grill or preheat broiler.
5. Drain turkey and veggies/fruit; discard marinade.
6. Thread turkey and veggies/fruit onto the skewers.
7. Brush reserved marinade over kabobs.
8. Grill or broil about 5" from heat source for 6 minutes.
9. Turn and brush with remaining marinade and continue grilling for 7 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center.
