Devilish Deviled Eggs

If theres a side thats a bit naughty of you then you have to try these!

Ingredients

1 Carton jumbo eggs
 Tbls mustard
2-3 Tbls mayo
 All egg yolks from eggs
 Pinches of salt and pepper here and there
3-4 Sweet pickles chopped
1Tbls sweet pickle juice
 Paprica

Preparation

Boil as many eggs as you would like for about 10-12mins. After boiling set in cold water for 5mins. take out and peel. after peeling cut egg in half long wise, take out yolk. in seperate bowl mash yolks till semi smooth. add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper, chopped sweet pickles then mix together till all clumps are gone. add 1tbls of pickle juice from the jar. mix in.with knife spread mxture into eggs all over till most of egg is filled. After filling all the eggs put on platter then lightly sprinkle paprica over eggs. Serve and enjoy.

Cook's Notes

Here's a secret to hard-boiling eggs and avoiding that unsightly grey layer on the yolk. Instead of boiling the eggs, put them in an uncovered pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Once the water boils, turn off the heat and cover the pan with its lid. Let sit for 12 minutes and the eggs will be cooked through with no grey. Presto ! (If you like your egg yolks a bit softer, you can just reduce the time they sit in the hot water. You might need to experiment with exact times depending on the size eggs you want to use.)

I got this recipe and was thinking oh I'll try it, and I had never made deviled eggs before so I went exactly by the recipe. They turned out PERFECT, and my father-in-law LOVED them.. thats always nice when you can make the in-laws happy!
