Preheat oven to 350*. Beat eggs until well blended. Add mayo and milk and mix well. Mix in all other ingredients.
Pour into two premade pie crusts or homemade.
1 Quiche Crust:
11/2 C flour
1 scant tsp salt
11/2 tsp sugar
2 T milk
1/2 C cooking oil
Sift all dry ingredients into pie pan. Pour oil and milk on top and mix with fork until all the flour is moistened, then press into the bottom and sides of the pie pan.
