3 oz. Can of tuna
1/3 t. Olive oil
1/2 Medium fresh tomato
1 Slice whole wheat bread
drain tuna and mix with oil. rinse and slice tomato. toast bread and top with tuna and tomato slices.
serve with 1/2 cup low fat milk 1 piece of fruit 1/2 T. raisins
