Ingredients

1/2 cup Lowfat ricotta cheese
2 tbsp Mild honey
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

2. Scoop into small dessert dishes and serve with delicate chocolate curls for an elegant touch.

I haven't made this yet, it sounds delicious, how does two peppermint leaves sound joined by the chocolate curls for decoration and a minty fresh taste!?

This makes 2 servings and I calculate 160 cals/ serving. Careful not to eat it all or you'll get 320 cals!
