| 1 cup | Rice, uncooked |
| 1 cup | Canned whole kernel corn, drained |
| 2 cans | 8oz tomato sauce |
| 1/2 cup | Onion, finely chopped |
| 1/2 cup | Green pepper finely chopped |
| 3/4 lb. | Uncooked ground beef |
| 4 | Strips bacon |
Preheat oven to 350. In 2 quart casserole layer the following ingredients.
Uncooked rice, corn, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour one can of tomato sauce and 1/2 can of water over first two layers.
Layer onion then peppers, followed by uncooked beef. Season again. Pour second can of tomato sauce and 1/4 cup water. Cover meat with bacon strips cut in half.
Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer.
