Ingredients

2 cups Cooked beans

1 cup Borlotti beans 2 1/2 cups water 45 min

1 cup Chickpeas 2 1/2 cups water 1-2 hours

1 cup Haricot beans 2 cups water

1 cup Lentils (soaking unnecessary)

2 cups Water 30 min (10 min for red)

1 cup Soyabeans 3 1/2 cups water 150min

1 cup Cereal

Dry wholemeal breadcrumbs

Rolled oats

Cooked brown rice

Crushed cereal flakes

1/2 cup Crushed nuts/ seeds

Binding

3 tablespoons Instant potato

2 Tables spoons soya flour

1 Egg

2 Egg whites

Liquid as needed

Tomato juice/ puree

Vegetable broth

Milk

Seasoning (1 teaspoon)

Sage

Basil

Oregano

Dill

Seed

Thyme

Bouquet

Garni

Garlic

Parsley flakes

1/4 cup Chopped parsley

Onion

1 Chopped onion

1 Table spoon onion flakes

Salt

Salt

Soya sauce

Marmite

Vegemite

Preparation

choose one ingredient from each list. mix press into an oiled casserole dish. bake at 180C for 45 min.

serve hot or cold.

wash in cold water and soak overnight.

bring to the boiol and simmer for time shown
