Ingredients

2 cups Cooked brown rice

2 cups Grated carrot

1/3 cup Peanut butter

1 Onion chopped

1 tablespoon Soya flour

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Sage

1 and 1/4 cups Milk

Preparation

mix ingredients and place in casserole dish for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold
