Ingredients
3 cups Cooked meat (turkey, chicken)
2.5 cup Fresh chopped spinach
1 1/2 cup 4 cheese pizza cheese
14 oz. Pizza sauce
2-10 oz Packages refrigereated pizza dough
1/4 milk
1/2 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese (optional)
Preparation
In large bowl combine meat, spinach, cheese and 1/2 cup pizza sauce.
On lightly floured board roll out pizza dough and cut into 4 6 x 6 inch squares
Spread 2/3 cup meat mixture to with 1/2 inch of edge
Moisten edges of dough with water and fold over forming triangles or rectangles. Pinch edge of dough with fork. Prick top with fork, brush with milk and place on cookie sheet.
If desired sprinkle top with Parmesan or Romano cheese,
Bake at 375 for 18 mins or until golden
Serve with remaining pizza sauce and pass the Parmesan if desired.
Cook's Notes
Freeze individually on cookie sheet. Seal and keep frozen in freezer container for 3 months.
