Salmon Cakes w/sauce

salmon cakes with a delcious, easy soup sauce topping

Ingredients

1 (16 oz. ) can salmon

1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

2 beaten Eggs

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon Paprika

1 (10 ounce) can Cream of celery soup diluted with 1/3 cup milk (not water)

Preparation

Remove the little bones in the salmon and mix salmon with cracker crumbs, eggs, salt and paprika. Form into patties (just as you would a hamburger patty). Saute them until brown in butter, turning occasionally.

Serve the cakes with celery soup sauce on top. I always serve this meal with rice.
