2 cups Cottage cheese balls
1 cup Dry wholemeal bread crumbs
1 Onion
1 Egg (tablespoon soya flour)
Chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon Sage
combine all ingredients. Add milk if the mixture is too dry. Mould into balls and place on a non-stick or oiled tray in teh oven. Bake at 200C for 30 min.
