Gooey Pumpkin Pie Bars

Ingredients

Crust:
1 Yellow cake mix
1 stick Melted butter
1 Egg
Filling:
1-8 oz. Cream cheese
1 box Powdered sugar
1 stick Melted butter
3 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
1 can Pumpkin
1 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t. Nutmeg

Preparation

Combine ingredients for crust. With buttered hands, press into ungreased 9x13 pan.

Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Bake 45 minutes at 350.

What size can of pumpkin do you use, the 15 oz, or the size that makes two pies?

I just made this recipe for friends & it was a HIT!!! Everyone asked for the recipe & said it was better than "regular" pumpkin pie! The best part about the recipe is that it's easy and great!
