Date Skillet Balls

Ingredients

3/4 c Sugar

1 c Chopped Dates

2 Eggs (well beaten)

1 tsp Vanilla

2 c Rice Krispies

1 c Coconut

1 c Nuts (chopped)

Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and dates in a large skillet. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until mixture pulls away from sides; approx. 5 mintes. Remove form heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Carefully stir in cereal. Cool slightly. Moisten hands a little in cold water. Take a teaspoon of mixture and shape into balls. Roll in coconut.
