Lemony Green Beans

Ingredients

2 tbs Light butter

1 tsp Grated lemon rind

2 tsps Fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pfresh ground black pepper

4 cups Green beans trimmed (about 1 lb)

2 tbs Water

Preparation

Place butter in microwave-able bowl; microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until melted. Stir in lemon rind and next 3 ingredients. set aside.

Place beans in a large microwave-able bowl; add water. Cover and microwave at HIGH 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. Toss beans with butter mixture.
