Easy and delicious!
1 can Creamed corn
1 can Whole kernel corn
1 stick Butter or margarine
8 oz. Sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Melt butter. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browned.
Note that you must use a Jiffy mix. This is not a plug for Jiffy, but other muffin mixes for some reason just do not work as well.

This tastes great with shredded cheese on top. Just add it before you bake it!

I've made this at least 10 times & taken them to different parties or BBQs & also just for home. It's always been a hit. It's delicious, easy & cheap. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

FIVE BIG STARS...Perfect so good,my girls gobbled this one up and asked when i would make it again. I did drain the kernnel corn that was a no brainer too me. I also cooked this with fish filets on 425 for 28 minutes...great!' THANK YOU SO MUCH for this easy fast good corn recipe.
