Fruity tea soda

A healthy, thirst-quenching allternitive to a soda-pop. Full of antioxidants. A great drink for after your workout or lounging around on a hot day.

Ingredients

4 to 5 teaspoons Loose green tea or 4 green tea bags

2 cups Water

1 (12-ounce) can Frozen 100% juice concentrate

Club soda

Preparation

Boil the water and brew the tea acording to package instruction or to your taste. Discard tea bags. Stir in frozen juice concentrate (I like cranberry based juice. But the apple/berry blends work well also). Cover chill. To serve , fill a glass of ice one-quarter of the way with the tea mixture and finish filling the glass with the club soda. Garnish with fresh or frozen fruit.
