Ingredients

3 cups Diced pumpkin

1 Diced onion

2 cups Water

1 cup Lowfat milk

1/2 teaspoon Basil

Preparation

Bring pumpkin, onion, and water to boil. Simmer for 45 min.

Stir in milk and basil.
