Ingredients

4&1/2 cups Wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Instant yeast
600ml Hot water
1&1/2 cups Currants
1&half Cups sultanas
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients

Add hot water and stir by hand for few minutes

Spoon mixture into (20*10cm greased pans)

Leave for 20 min to rise

Bake for 45 min at 200C

REmove and cool on a wire rack
