Any number of apples
1 (16 oz. ) bottle diet Faygo red pop
Cinnamon
Equal, Sweet & Low or Splenda (your choice)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel apples, cut them in half & remove core.
Place apples in muffin tins.
Sweeten with Equal, Sweet & Low or Splenda and Cinnamon (desired amounts).
Pour red pop over apples (approx. 2 tablespoons over each apple).
Place in oven and bake until tender (about 10-15 minutes)
