1/3 c Wheat berries
1/4 c Cracked wheat
1/2 c Rolled oats (not instant or quick cooking)
4 c Water
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Ground cardamom
1/2 Sweetened dried cranberries
In a 4 qt slow cooker, combine wheat berries, cracked wheat, oats and water. Stir in salt and cardamom. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Stir in cranberries just before serving.

The actual cooking time needs to be changed on this. This is a 6 to 8 hour recipe, yet it is listed as less than 15 minutes to cook. Brilliant!!!
