| 1/3 c | Wheat berries |
| 1/4 c | Cracked wheat |
| 1/2 c | Rolled oats (not instant or quick cooking) |
| 4 c | Water |
| 1/2 t | Salt |
| 1/4 t | Ground cardamom |
| 1/2 | Sweetened dried cranberries |
In a 4 qt slow cooker, combine wheat berries, cracked wheat, oats and water. Stir in salt and cardamom. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Stir in cranberries just before serving.
