Ingredients

1 And half cups wholemeal flour

Half Cup cornmeal

Half Cup rolled oats/ oatmeal

Half Cup rye flour

1 tsp Salt

2/3 cup Water

Preparation

mix in a food processor.

spread in oven trays

bake 160C for 20 min.

place in a bowl, add sultanas , cover with boiling water.

add chopped dates, diced apple , milk ,yoghurt
