Easy Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients

2 cup DI GIORNO Reduced Fat Cheese Ravioli

12 ounce Boneless skinless chicken breast half, raw

2 Medium green pepper

2 cup DI GIORNO Marinara Sauce

2 tablespoon DI GIORNO Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 cup Frozen broccoli cuts

4 piece/ Slice KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles

1/4 teaspoon Onion powder

2 cup Apricots, canned in water

1/2 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping

Preparation

PREPARE pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, spray large nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.

SLICE green peppers into strips and add to pan with chicken; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender crisp.

STIR in sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Toss with pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.

WHILE chicken and green peppers heat with pasta sauce, microwave broccoli in microwavable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain.

ADD 2% Milk Singles and onion powder. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds to 1 minute or until 2% Milk Singles are melted when stirred and broccoli is evenly coated.

SERVE apricots topped with COOL WHIP FREE (2 tablespoons per person) for dessert.

Cook's Notes

When teaching children how to cook, make your first lesson one on food safety: teach them to wash their hands with lots of soap and warm water, counting to 20 before rinsing.
