| 1 | Onion, chopped |
| 1 t | Olive oil |
| 1 | Head broccoli, in bite size pieces |
| 1/2 to 1 lb | Shrimp |
| 4 oz | (1/2 jar) commercial plum sauce |
Cook onion in oil till very brown. Add broccoli and stir fry about 4 minutes, till nearly done. Add shrimp and plum sauce. Cover and cook about 2 more minutes, until shrimp is opaque. Serve over rice or noodles.
I use a wok for this recipe. Precooked or raw shrimp can be used. If precooked, just heat through. If raw, add sooner during broccoli cooking time. Vary amounts of each ingredient to suit yourself.
