Cheer' Em on Mochaccino

This 3-A-Day of Dairy drink provides enough calcium to count as one of your 3-A-Day of Dairy Servings. If you are serving more than four at your party, prepare in batches for best results.

Ingredients

5 tbl. Sugar
3 tbl. Cocoa
3 cups 1% milk
1 cup Espresso, strong brewed coffee or coffee-flavored liquerur

Preparation

Whisk together cocoa and sugar in a heavy saucepan; add milk gradually, stirring with a whisk. Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Add espresso. Let cool for 10 minutes; pour over ice and shake well before serving.
