| 1 pkg | Stouffers Frozen Spinach Souffle |
| 3 oz. | Cream cheese softened |
| 1/4 c. | Parmesean cheese |
| 1/2 c. | Monterary jack cheese or pepper jack cheese |
| 1/2 c | Chopped mushrooms |
| 1/4 lb | Sausage, cooked and crumbled |
| 2 tbl | Mayo |
| 2 tbs | Chopped green onions |
| | Tortillia chips |
Prepare spinach according to pkg directions. Combine all ingredients except tortillia chips in baking dish, top with addtional parm cheese if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until dip is hot. Serve with tortillia chops.
