Ingredients

1 pkg Stouffers Frozen Spinach Souffle
3 oz. Cream cheese softened
1/4 c. Parmesean cheese
1/2 c. Monterary jack cheese or pepper jack cheese
1/2 c Chopped mushrooms
1/4 lb Sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 tbl Mayo
2 tbs Chopped green onions
Tortillia chips

Preparation

Prepare spinach according to pkg directions. Combine all ingredients except tortillia chips in baking dish, top with addtional parm cheese if desired.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until dip is hot. Serve with tortillia chops.
