Ingredients

1 cup Tomato or vegetable juice
1/2 cup Peeled, seeded, finely chopped fresh tomatoes
3 1/4 tbsp Finely chopped celery
3 1/4 tbsp Finely chopped cucumber
3 1/4 tbsp Finely chopped green bell pepper
3 1/4 tbsp Finely chopped green onion
1 1/4 tablespoons White wine vinegar
3/4 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 Large clove garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon Finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine the juice, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper in a glass or stainless steel bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve Cold.
