Hot Turkey Salad

Ingredients

2 cups Cooked Turkey -- cubed

2 cups Celery -- thinly sliced

1 cup Croutons

1 cup Lowfat mayonnaise

1/2 cup Slivered almonds

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

2 Green onions -- finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Lowfat cheddar cheese -- shredded

1 cup Potato chips -- crushed

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes at 350F.

May use bread crumbs in place of croutons. Try toasted pine nuts instead of almonds.
